On a day to day basis you would-
▪ Liaise with Customer Services team, on daily queries. Report on a daily basis to the Customer Service Team Lead.
▪ Management of all order processing and queries linked to a specific customer division determined by the Team Leader
▪ Query resolution through to completion in a timely manner
▪ On time accurate order processing
▪ Work off own initiative with a can-do attitude
▪ Daily/Weekly/monthly reporting in Excel
▪ Ongoing process improvements
▪ Take queries from drivers/internal and external customers and ensure immediate action is taken on same.
▪ Carry out full follow-up on all queries from customers and internal departments and ensure closure of same in a timely manner.
▪ Liaise with the client and couriers on uplift requests and print off documentation for same.
▪ Ensure that all of the foregoing is carried out in line with the Company policy on quality, the ISO 9001:2000 requirements, the Company Quality Manual and the procedure for the area.
▪ Month End Processes linked to a specific customer division determined by the Team Leader
Your Skills -
▪ Excellent Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel. Excellent attention to detail.
▪ Team Player but ability to work on own iniative
▪ Ability to take direction from Team Leader
▪ Friendly, bubbly outgoing personality
▪ 3 years Previous Customer Service experience in a Large Professional /Corporate Customer Service Dept ESSENTIAL
▪ Must demonstrate ability to see issues through to resolution
