Are you looking to join an Expanding company in a busy Accounts department?
The position would be based in the accounts receivable team, and the main responsibilities would be allocating payments received from customers.
Then the rest of your time would be spent supporting the accounts receivable team leader, doing excel reports, finding POD’s printing invoices and dealing with customer queries and provide cover for the receivable department when people are out sick/on holidays.
This role needs someone that has good attention to detail, fast learner, good on the phone, good initiative (ie looks for work rather than waiting to be told what to do) and eager to learn.
Excellent Excel skills and Knowledge essential.
