The role holder will provide input to goals for individual team members, coach, facilitate and support staff in solving problems and participate in performance reviews. This role will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills and leadership capability in an interesting and dynamic environment. The role will be based in Belfast, however occasional travel to Dublin as part of this role will be required.
