Can you work on YOUR own initiative and control all administration aspects of a PROJECT ???
On a day to day basis your Duties will be :
Placing Calls to Suppliers and Clients
Managing budgets and expenditure
Taking minutes and all office administration
Liaising with Head Office and Other sites
Updating project calendar for deliveries
Tracking projects and the progress
Sending up to date certificates i.e. RAMS, Safety Statements etc
Resolving issues related to the project
