All candidates comply with the Immigration and Asylum Act requirements. We always ensure that we follow all current employment legislation and we are registered with the Regulation Quality Improvement Authority and the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.
The registration process is also supported by our software system, which prohibits the progression of a candidate until the adequate legislation checks have been verified.
To comply with the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR), our software systems provide several AWR solutions, including pay parity, the 11 week rule, the Swedish Derogation and comparator management. Our AWR candidate tracking functionality includes a traffic light system which distributes alerts at 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 weeks to ensure appropriate action is taken.
